Renegade Reclamation was born from my own journey of reclamation—reclaiming connection to my lineage, my body, my spirit, and the wisdom that has always lived within me.

I come from a tapestry of roots: Ojibwe, Irish American, French-Canadian American, and Norwegian American. Each thread carries its own medicine, its own story, its own teachings about resilience, relationship, and respect for the land.

Growing up, I learned that healing is not individual—it is relational. It happens in connection to Spirit, to our ancestors, to the earth beneath our feet, and to the communities that hold us. These teachings have shaped everything I do in this practice.

The Journey

My path into healing work began with my own nervous system. Like many of us, I carried the weight of intergenerational trauma, historical disconnection, and the pressure to perform wellness rather than truly embody it. I learned that my body remembered what my mind tried to forget.

Through clinical education—earning my Master of Social Work and Master of Arts in Holistic Studies—I gained tools. But it was through ceremony, breathwork, land-based practice, and the guidance of Indigenous knowledge keepers that I found grounding.

I came to understand that trauma lives in the body. That healing requires safety. That restoration is not about returning to who we were before harm, but about becoming whole in a new way. That our ancestors walk with us, even when we cannot see them.

Renegade Reclamation reflects my commitment to holding space where clinical expertise and cultural grounding meet. Where we can honor the nervous system's wisdom. Where we can practice relational accountability. Where healing becomes resistance.

Grounded in Relationship

Connection to Spirit

Healing is spiritual work. I honor the sacred in all beings and create space for clients to connect with their own spiritual resources, whatever form that takes.

Connection to Land

The earth is our first teacher. Land-based practices help us remember our place in the web of life and restore balance to our nervous systems.

Connection to Ancestors

Our ancestors live in our bodies, our patterns, our resilience. Honoring them opens pathways to healing that transcend individual lifetimes.

Nervous System Wisdom

The body holds truth. I work somatically, helping clients befriend their nervous systems and restore regulation through breath, movement, and presence.

A Relational Practice

In this practice, you are not a client to be fixed. You are a whole person with inherent wisdom, resilience, and agency. My role is to walk alongside you, to bear witness, to hold space, and to offer tools rooted in both clinical training and cultural grounding.

I believe in pacing. In consent. In collaboration. In naming power dynamics. In accountability. In the understanding that healing happens in relationship—not just with me, but with yourself, your community, your ancestors, and the earth.

This work is sacred. It is slow. It is rooted. And it is yours.
