Values Centered
The principles that guide our practice and our purpose
These values are not aspirational—they are foundational. They inform every decision, every interaction, every offering. They hold us accountable to the communities we serve and the ancestors whose shoulders we stand on.
Relationship
Connection to self, spirit, land, community. Healing happens in relationship—not in isolation. We honor the web of connections that hold us and shape our experience.
Cultural Grounding
Honoring culture, lineage, lived experience. We center Indigenous wisdom, respect diverse cultural practices, and recognize that healing must be rooted in cultural context.
Agency & Empowerment
Supporting clients in accessing their own internal resources and voice. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to support, not to dictate.
Trauma-Informed Care
Safety, pacing, consent, collaboration. We recognize that trauma lives in the body and requires gentle, informed, co-created approaches to healing.
Restoration
Integrating past experiences into balanced wholeness. Healing is not about erasing what happened, but about restoring balance and reclaiming what belongs to you.
Integrity & Accountability
Ethical practice, humility, boundaries. I commit to transparency, cultural humility, and accountability in all aspects of this work.
Holistic Healing
Mind, body, spirit, emotion, and relationship working together. True wellness requires attention to all aspects of our being, not just symptoms.
Our Commitment
These values are living. They evolve as we learn, as we listen, as we deepen our practice. They are not performative—they are practiced daily, imperfectly, with humility and intention.
When we fall short, we own it. When we learn new ways, we integrate them. When we are held accountable, we listen. This is what it means to do relational work.
